Cancellation policy

- Registration is transferrable, if you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please inform the Professional Conference Organisers (PCO) of the new attendee’s full contact information by emailing

- Balance will NOT be refunded if you convert your participation format from onsite to online.
- Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.
- Registration fee is required only for the program held from 26 to 29 November 2024 at APRSAF-30.
- APRSAF registration fee is not required for those who will participate only in Side Events. However, separate registration fees may apply for certain Side Events.
Visa
All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. It is the participant’s own responsibility to apply for an appropriate visa and to provide evidence they meet visa requirements. Please refer to the Department of Home Affairs’ website for information on visa and entry requirements.
The following visas are appropriate visa options for participants attending APRSAF-30:
- Visitor (subclass 600) Business stream visa
- Electronic Travel Authority - ETA (subclass 601) - for eligible passport holders
- eVisitor (subclass 651) Business stream visa - for eligible passport holders
Please note:
- New Zealand citizens with a valid New Zealand passport can travel to Australia without a visa and obtain a visa on arrival at the airport. For further information on the eligibility requirements please visit New Zealand citizens (homeaffairs.gov.au).
- APRSAF-30 participants can provide their tax invoice or registration payment receipt to support their Visa application.
- If you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, please email: InternationalPartnershipsspace.gov.au.
Please note that the letter of invitation will require some lead time before issue. Please contact us early if you need this item for your visa application. - You may be required to provide your biometrics. If you are required to provide biometrics you will be sent a notification email on submission of your visa application.
