Registrants who can no longer participate in APRSAF-32, a 50% refund shall be made. The Registrant must email and notify us before the deadline specified below.

2.

Registrants who would like to change their registration category from In-Person Participation to Online will be refunded only the excess amount paid minus an 8% transaction fee.

To cancel or change of registration category, the Registrant must email aprsaf32pco-prime.com, indicating their request before 10 October 2026 (COB, ICT) The Registrant must include the following to support their request:

1. Proof of payment that shows indicated amount and date of transaction
2. Duly accomplished registration form
3. Bank details (where the refunded amount will be transferred)

The concerned divisions shall review refund requests within fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of the email and determine if the Registrant meets the following criteria:

Once deemed by the concerned divisions that the Registrant is eligible for a refund, the concerned divisions shall release the refunded amount to the bank details provided by the Registrant within fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of its corresponding Notice of Cash Allocation. If the Registrant is not eligible for a refund, the Registrant will be informed with an explanation.

Should a registrant wish to transfer their conference registration to another individual, they must submit a formal request via email to aprsaf32pco-prime.com, with irgistda.or.th in copy. The email must also copy (Cc) the recipient of the transfer and include the following supporting attachments

1. Duly accomplished registration form
2. Proof of payment that shows indicated amount and date of transaction
