Please see below the Cancellation Policy for APRSAF-31.

No refund shall be made for Registrants requesting to cancel their registration to the event. Registrants who would like to change their registration category from In-Person Participation to Online will also not be refunded. Only the excess amount paid will be refunded. To request a refund for the excess amount paid, the Registrant must email fdphilsa.gov.ph, indicating their request no later than five (5) days from the end of the event. The Registrant must include the following to support their request:

Proof of payment that shows indicated amount and date of transaction

b.

Duly accomplished registration form

c.

Bank details (where the refunded amount will be transferred)

PhilSA’s Finance Division and the General Services Division – Cashier Section shall review refund requests within five (5) working days upon receipt of the email and determine if the Registrant meets the following criteria:

Once deemed by the concerned divisions that the Registrant is eligible for a refund, the concerned divisions shall release the refunded amount to the bank details provided by the Registrant within five (5) working days upon receipt of its corresponding Notice of Cash Allocation. If the Registrant is not eligible for a refund, the Registrant will be informed with an explanation.

Should the Registrant wish to transfer their registration to the conference, they must email ppmdphilsa.gov.ph and Cced aprsaf31aprsaf.org indicating their request. They must copy-furnish in the email the individual to whom the registration will be transferred and include the following attachments to support their request:

b.

Proof of payment that shows indicated amount and date of transaction
