Tiana Desker is Deputy Executive Director of the Office for Space Technology & Industry at the Economic Development Board of Singapore. In that role, she oversees strategy, policy, and international relations at the Singapore national space office. Previously, Tiana was Director for Emerging Technologies & International Security at the Defence Policy Office in the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, handling the portfolios for space, AI, and cyber technologies. Before that, Tiana held various appointments in the Prime Minister’s Office of Singapore, relating to long-term strategy, public sector reform, and government digital transformation. Tiana began her career at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, as an analyst covering Southeast Asia.
