Giovani Concepcion is the Chief Legal Officer of the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) and leads the Space Policy and Legal Affairs Division. He is responsible for overseeing legal matters related to the agency's operations, ensuring compliance with national and international laws while providing legal guidance on space-related policies and programs. Atty. Concepcion supports policy, planning, coordination, and governance of the country's outer space activities, furthering PhilSA's mission to develop the country's space capabilities. He also teaches at the Philippine Law School. 

Atty. Concepcion has extensive experience in government service, particularly in social and trade policy, as well as legal and regulatory matters. He has worked across a broad range of legal fields, including litigation, property law, labor law, public procurement, contracts, corporate law, technology law, and trade law. 

Atty. Concepcion holds a dual degree in Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from De La Salle University and Far Eastern University, as well as a Master of International Trade and Commerce Law from Macquarie University in Sydney.
