Sangwoo Shin, senior researcher at the Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) has begun a secondment to the Korea Space Policy Research Center (SPREC). He has experience in space policy formulation and multilateral space diplomacy. His research gravitates around the innovation policy. His contributions include fresh evidence on the allocation of public support to space ecosystems, and the impact of public policy on innovation in different countries over time. In addition, he is involved in multilateral cooperation such as UN COPUOS and OECD space forum. He hold a Ph.D from the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) at University of Sussex.
