APRSAF Secretariat visited Science Technology and Environment Agency (STEA) and Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Department of Social Welfare in the Lao People's Democratic Republic (NDMO). Both organizations are in the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

APRSAF Secretariat had an interview with Dr. Monemany Nhoybouakong, Environment Research Institute (ERI), Science Technology and Environmnet Agency (STEA), Prime at STEA and Mr. Khamphao Hompangna, Deputy Director General, Department of Social Welfare, Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare and Mr. Vilayphong Sisomvang, Technical Staff, National Disaster Management Office at NDMO.
